Contact our gallery within 3 days of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid insured shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Isadoras presentation box and pack it securely within a shipping carton to prevent movement during transit.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured to protect the value of the antique.
Inspection and Refund
